Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 business days from the date you receive your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If you wish to request a refund, you have 3 days to inform us. You must then return the item in its original condition to the following address:

You are free to choose the shipping method to return the order, but the return shipping costs are at your expense.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Important: Returns must be sent to the after-sales service address specified above. We cannot collect a package left at a collection point or any other external address. Please ensure that you follow this guideline so your return can be processed correctly.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please email us at team@myselfmonart.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is essential to keep your proof of postage, as Myselfmonart is not responsible for lost items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Subsequently, you should contact your shipping provider. Ensure you maintain all correspondence related to shipping and delivery with your chosen provider.
